Bengaluru: A little more than a week after News Trail showed how the students and teachers of BBMP High School on Jogupalya Main Road were struggling without a functioning toilet on the premises, which lacked running water due a faulty electrical pump, BBMP authorities finally hired an electrical contractor to fix the problem on Tuesday evening.

On top of that, the school’s headmaster ensured that the Peepal tree that had grown on top of the school building damaging it, was cut down.
