2 IAS officers, KSRTC director given new portfolios

Bengaluru, NT Bureau: In yet another reshuffle, the Karnataka government transferred IAS officer Pavan Kumar Malapati, Deputy Commissioner, Ballari District, with immediate effect and was posted until further order as Commissioner, Rural Development, Bengaluru.

KN Ramesh, IAS, who was waiting for a posting, is now placed as the State Project Director, Samagra Shikshana Karnataka, relieving Ramachandran, IAS, from concurrent charge.

The transfer order issued also stated the appointment of Prashant Kumar Mishra, Director of Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation, with immediate effect and was posted until further order as Deputy Commissioner, Ballari district.
