2 more officers transferred

Bengaluru: Two more officers were transferred on Saturday in what has become a commonplace exercise some two months after Congress came to power in the state.

Additional Chief Secretary of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (RDPR) Department Uma Mahadevan was given the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary of Department of Skill Development, Entrepreneurship and Livelihood, replacing Selvakumar S, who was relieved of a concurrent charge.

Additional Chief Secretary of Department of Higher Education Umashankar SR on the other hand was given the additional responsibility of Additional Chief Secretary of Department of Kannada and Culture, replacing Ravishankar J who was also freed from the duties of a concurrent charge.
