Will complete Ejipura flyover: DKS

Bengaluru, NT Bureau: Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Saturday took a tour of the city to inspect certain developmental works including the Ejipura fly-over, which he said didn’t have many takers for completion in the tender process but added that the State government would ensure that work on it is finished.

He said that efforts were underway to call a fresh tender and ensure that the work on the Ejipura fly-over and the extended elevated corridor is completed.

“This fly-over is 3 kilometre-long. Work on it has been going on for many years. Although work on it started in 2017, only 35 per cent of it has been completed. Due to some issues, the company working on it stopped working on it. A notice was issued and their tender was canceled, Shivakumar said.
