BBMP chief engineer who suffered burn injuries in fire accident, dies

Bengaluru: Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) Chief Engineer Shivakumar, who was battling for life after suffering 40 per cent burns in the fire which broke out at the Palike's quality control laboratory, succumbed to his injuries on Monday.

It is said that Shivakumar suffered damage to his lungs.
