Youth who posed with weapons booked

Kolar, NT Bureau: Reaffirming their firm resolve to deal with anti-social elements in the district, the Kolar police have taken up cases against youth who posed with lethal weapons and made the photos go viral on social media.

On Wednesday, Vemagal police in Kolar taluk took up a case against Naveen Kumar(33) of Narasapur for posting his picture with a sword.

In another case, Kolar rural police have taken up a case against Manjunath of Bettanenajenahalli village and a juvenile for posting their pictures with lethal weapons.

Last week, Kolar police had taken up similar cases against four others. Kolar SP M Narayan has stated that the police with deal with such persons properly and they would be brought to book.
