'Sinful' son kills mother by stabbing her for advising him to go for work

In a shocking incident, a woman was stabbed to death allegedly by her son at Srikanteshwara Layout in Puttenahalli in Bengaluru after she advised him to go to work. The deceased has been identified as Ayesha (50) and the accused has been identified as Shufiyan (32). The incident took place at around 10 am on Friday. The mother advised her son, who was at home, to go to work. A fight broke out between the mother and her son. During the scuffle, he stabbed his mother to death with a knife in the house. The body was later sent to KIMS hospital for post-mortem.
