Bengaluru police offer 50% discount on pending traffic fines

The Bengaluru Traffic Police (BTP) on Thursday announced a special offer giving motorists a 50% discount on pending traffic fines.

The concession will be available from August 23 to September 12 and applies exclusively to e-challans.

Vehicle owners can pay their fines via the BTP website (https://btp.gov.in/), the official app, or by visiting the nearest traffic police station.

Earlier in 2023, the BTP had introduced similar discount schemes, which saw thousands of vehicle owners clearing their pending fines.
