Known for his high-energy POV reels, slick fashion transitions, and highly relatable lifestyle content, he has mastered the art of capturing the youth pulse, establishing himself as a compelling visual storyteller and a rising talent to watch.
Road to recognition
“My family never restricted my choices and gave me the freedom to decide what I wanted to study”, Munzeer told News Trail in an exclusive interview. He completed a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) before pursuing a diploma in Data Science. He developed a keen interest in modelling from an early age, taking it up as a side gig during college and even continued it while working a full-time job. In 2024, he joined a bank, where he worked for a brief period before deciding to quit.
“I noticed there was a rise in Malayali creators online at that time, but there were very few male creators in the lifestyle space”, he said, adding that the observation motivated him to start sharing content on social media. However, he clarified that his initial goal was not to become a content creator but simply to post videos and express himself online.
His consistency soon began to pay off. Munzeer said he started 2025 with around 1,300 followers, and within a few months, his audience grew to nearly 5,000. The steady increase in followers gave him the confidence and motivation to continue creating content.
Result of consistency
Munzeer said he initially began posting simple video montages of himself and snippets from his daily life on Instagram. To his surprise, the videos gained considerable traction online. “I didn't receive much hate for what I posted, so I just kept going and continued creating more content”, he said.
Even before becoming a content creator, Munzeer enjoyed filming and editing videos.
However, he was conscious about the lighting, aesthetics and overall quality of his videos, but as his journey progressed, he set up a dedicated studio for his shoots.“I usually shoot my regular content on my phone, but for branded collaborations, I now have an in-house team that handles the production”, he said. According to him, brands started approaching him for collaborations earlier in his content creation journey, which also proved beneficial for his modelling career by increasing his visibility and opening up new opportunities.
One of his biggest milestones came through a campaign with a well-known shopping mall in Kerala. The collaboration gave him significant exposure, with his photographs featured on hoardings and promotional posters across the state. “I've also been receiving casting calls, and I'm looking forward to exploring opportunities in the acting field”, he said.
Next stop: silver screen
“When I started, things were a bit inconsistent, but I'm happy that my career is now much more stable and secure”, Munzeer said. He also described being named 'Lulu Man of the Year' as one of the key milestones in his journey.Looking ahead, he said his ultimate goal is to become an actor and establish himself in the film industry.
Offering advice to aspiring creators, he said, “If you think what you've created is interesting, just post it”. Munzeer encouraged beginners not to overthink how others might react, adding that audiences gradually become familiar with a creator's content through
consistency.
