By seamlessly weaving together everyday experiences and the quirks of South Indian culture, she creates relatable, bite-sized content that instantly resonates with audiences and keeps them coming back for more.Vikshitha crafts stories that feel less like scripted content and more like a hilarious, unfiltered conversation with a best friend, making her one of the most refreshingly relatable voices in today's digital landscape.
Dreaming big
"When I was six years old, I used to record random videos talking in front of the camera. Now, I actually create content. I'm sure the six-year-old me would be really proud," said Vikshitha in an exclusive interview with News Trail.Balancing multiple responsibilities, she completed her BTech and is currently pursuing her MTech while working as a Design Verification Engineer at a semiconductor firm. Alongside her career in technology, she continues to grow as a content creator.
Speaking about managing both worlds, she said: "I love both content creation and tech, so I'm excited while doing each of them. It doesn't feel very tiring because I'm passionate about both. Of course, I do get burnt out, and during those times I just take a break and take care of myself." She believes content creation should never feel like an obligation and encourages aspiring creators to take breaks whenever they need them. Vikshitha credits her friends with encouraging her to begin creating content.
She said it had always been her dream to do something bigger, adding that success takes time but is achievable with persistence. "When you really want something, it will take time, but you'll build it if you keep working towards it," she said.
Authenticity above all
Vikshitha has been creating content for the past three years. While her scripting process still begins with a simple pen and notebook, she says her confidence on camera and her approach to generating ideas have evolved significantly. "Just watch my videos and you'll come back saying they're relatable," she said, describing her content as humorous, light-hearted and rooted in everyday experiences. According to her, no one can truly become an expert in content creation because the field is constantly evolving. "It's all about experimenting," she said.
Beyond comedy, Vikshitha also uses her platform to raise awareness about social issues. She has appeared in several videos without make-up, openly showing her acne and embracing her natural appearance. She said many women have reached out to tell her that those videos gave them the confidence to feel comfortable in their own skin.
Milestones that mattered
Looking back, Vikshitha said reaching 10,000 followers was one of the biggest milestones in her journey. "It was a long journey, and when I finally reached 10,000 followers, my friends celebrated it with me," she recalled. Another memorable moment was being recognised by a follower in public for the first time. She described it as a rewarding experience and a reminder that her work was reaching people beyond social media.
She also considers earning the appreciation of her parents a major milestone. When she received her first payment from content creation, she used it to buy gifts for her parents and brother, making the achievement even more meaningful. Looking ahead, Vikshitha plans to devote more time to content creation while also pursuing opportunities in acting. "I want to prove to others that dreaming big is not a bad thing," she said.
