Dr Cynthia Menezes is BU’s new acting VC

Dr Cynthia Menezes, Dean Of Faculty of Commerce, Bangalore University has been appointed as the acting vice-chancellor of the varsity with effect from June 13, 2022.

The acting VC took charge from the outgoing VC Prof Venugopal in the presence of the university’s registrar Prof M Kotresh, Registrar (Evaluation) Prof J T Devaraju and the in-charge Finance Officer, Prof C S Karigar. Prof Venugopal is due for retirement on June 12
